Anyone who has read my posts and took the small amount of time it takes to VERIFY what I've said is true and still BUYS AT THESE LEVELS deserves what he gets. The 8K verifies that they are taking 50,000,000 common shares and converting them into 500,000 preferred shares worth 100X the value of the common share. That is the very definition of a reverse split. The only difference is is they're not reverse splitting the entire OS....only part of it. That will give them room for further dilution. It's coming. Oh, it's coming.
