"The Company expects, once these transactions are completed [in other words, not before], that it will acquire assets and operations that will cause it to cease being a shell company."

The wording in this statement is VERY telling.

I thought GRNF managed $1b and had deposits over $600m. Wouldn't that alone be enough "cause" to remove shell company status before these acquisitions? They are essentially admitting to having nothing currently.

So they are using dilution to acquire these companies to give it assets... Does anyone here believe these 'assets' will justify this market cap?
