Investors here, who only buy (and don’t sell) when there is real weakness, were buying heavily in the .16s and .17s when Jon was announced as the last BOD. Also, Kim defended the 9/11 attack with back to back PRs on back to back days which was unprecedented. That was the same area. Those that know when to buy (because they don’t sell) buy there. They didn’t wait for something worse or let it go down further before they started buying. IMO, .16 will hold forever as the next higher low. Soon the teens or it’s RS equivalent will never be seen again. That may be the case now depending on the next PR and when it comes.
