Bottom line: There is a private company (Bright Green) folding GNCC into it's company to go public. If and when that happens the real value of GNCC will reflect the assets of the private company.

I don't know if they plan to roll part of the private corporation into the public entity, or if they plan to roll the whole thing into it (hope that's the case). I wonder how much their private corporation is valued at!

Both, their counsel, and CEO assured us that GNCC is not being abandoned, and that "in any event" will be taking GNCC shareholders with BG, and that GNCC shareholders won't get wiped out. So we have the CEO's word on this, which was relayed to multiple people earlier this year.

March of this year, the following email was sent out to people:

Hi XXXX,
The merger plan with Bright Green, Oxford the GNCC entity was not approved by FINRA. As a requirement, FINRA was a prerequisite to merging the shell with BG the operating company. Bright Green has continued on and its plans are under development. BG is currently a private corporation and is not obligated to inform anyone of its current status. We have no obligation to GNCC shareholders, but because of our efforts and desire to merge the companies we have expressed an interest in taking the existing GNCC shareholders with the group in any event. We have a formula and will inform those concerned when appropriate. Buying shares of a shell corporation have certain risks as I am sure you know.
On another note I am not impressed with the players in the OTC markets. It has been brought to my attention the blogs that are disrespectful to myself and my family. Quite frankly those people could not shine my shoes so we don’t feel any obligation to share anything through this media source. You may share my sentiments with those players.

The last I heard anything coming from CEO, was back in June: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151330982

June was also when I noticed new names (Paul Mastronardi) showing up on the NMSOS website for Bright Green.

Fast forwarding to now, as evidenced by most recent business filings, more activity/changes have occurred along with more names appearing on NMSOS website.

I've reached out to CEO inquiring about status, however have not received a response. It could be they are not at liberty to discuss matters at this time, and will wait until they get further along.
