Stock price has been climbing over the years here, setting higher lows, highers highs, scams are shut down, this is no scam.

In 2016-2017 SSOF hit a bottom at .0003 and ran to .008 giving some a 2600% gain. scam?

At the end of 2017 SSOF hit a new HIGHER bottom at .0006 and then ran to a NEW high by 2018 = .02 giving some a 3300% gain. Scam again?

Now, a month or so back, 2019 SSOF hit a NEW HIGHER low again at .0009
New high is still to be determined, but this ticker is apparently a scam?
