LOOPShare intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement to raise a minimum of C$1.0 million and up to a maximum total of C$2.5 million through the issuance of class "A" common shares (each a "Share") at a price of $0.20 per share. The minimum offering will result in the issuance of 5 million Shares and the maximum offering will result in the issuance of 12.5 million Shares.
