What they are doing has been done time and time again on the OTC..even on the big boy exchange take a look at TOPS. They do massive dilution and then R/S. They have done I believe it’s 11 splits in its history. That would have made one share worth 500 million today. No one cares about what they do as long as they follow the rules and all of these companies, while being unethical, follow the rules. The money invested in FLES is gone. No one will go to jail or even get a slap on the wrist. Sadly, It’s just how it is.
