We know Mitch McConnell is forcing FDA to release a framework for CBD before end of year. This could send this overly shorted sector spiking bigitme!

My prediction is we smart traders start to take positions before news hits, not after....and CIIX looks like wants to make run past .25 so now good time to grab what small position can here BEFORE news from FDA hits.

My guess they will try to get it out before DC closes up for holiday recess.
