Fleck spent more than $550K to purchase AMD stock in the market above $22 per share last month. My interpretation of that is that he thinks it´s worth it.

Fine. That is not my interpretation. The way I see it, there is nothing special about a director maintaining a certain amount of stock in the company he represents. He had the same amount in ATI. If he increased his holdings with respect to what he had at ATI, it would be a different story.

As for Topfler, now that is noteworthy. However, most investors realize the Dell deal is a positive for AMD and have invested accordingly, independent of what Topfler is/was doing.
