Welcome to the board! The AS is 500M shares. But the OS should still be the Same if you look at the past year's trading volumes --- obviously Zero dilution since 246.7M shares on May 19, 2011! In another word WPUR has the FIXED SS!

It might test 0.0004 again as soon as today due to Super Heavy Year-End-Tax-Loss sales! Hopefully it would not crash to its 52-week-low 0.0003 again! I bought WPUR at 0.0010 ~ 0.0005 most recently and no any luck to steal any 0.0004 ~ 0.0003 yet.
