I think you have it backward. It appears to me that Bland et al. cannot be kicked out, because they are the ones in charge.

I said this before each of the many iterations since this was MBHC. And I was always correct. That doesn't mean I'll be correct again, but my track record plus the absence of a coherent business plan combine to make a pretty solid case that I'm right.

If I had a patent to something that would save lives, I would want to cash in for megabucks and get the product to market as soon as possible -- so as to start enjoying the money and to start saving lives as fast as possible. IF this guy really has a way to cut insulin prices in half, what has been the consequence of him sitting on the patent all this time?

And, of course, there is the little problem that we don't seem to be able to find the patent...

And apart from the fact that we don't seem to be able to find the patent or any FDA application, does it trouble you at all that sometimes the patent is supposed to be for "insulin" and sometime "biosimilar insulin," when in fact insulin is insulin and the only biosimilar would be for synthetic insulin?

To me, this thing REEKS.
