anyone have any ideas why he would say that if it were not true?

It's not like the Ackman says fake news like cat man do nothing and nooch.


I am not trying to be mean to the pref, I hope we all win.

but Cat man's latest comments about letting the companies build their own capital and do their own SPO to raise more capital kind of does say there won't be a conversion at all or a conversion where pref rape the common after getting par.
