Unfortunately, it is been the shareholders and only the shareholders and have supported this company 1000%. When they run out of money the shareholders Tony app when they miss their sales targets and take a loss each and every quarter, it’s the shareholders that make up the difference.

Loaded sales and management organization is solely supported by shareholders to the reverse splits. I’ve said this for a long time and I’ll continue to say it it’s time to revamp the entire organization. sales and marketing plan is miss guided and ineffective.

Marketing and sales needs to go back to the drawing board and start asking the following questions.

Who, what, when, where, why and how.

Who is our customer?

What is our market?

When is our opportunity the greatest, the specification stage?

Where is our customer, domestic/international?

Why BIO-key, what is our value, what is unique about our products and ability?

How do we go to market direct, distribution, direct salesforce, sales reps?

We have not done much of anything different over the last 10 years, no significant new customers Since the FBI contract 12 years ago. Unfortunately, I think our survival change is entirely on how many more suckers we can get to invest money in this company.

Trying to do something different, change for change direction, pretty much change everything as it has not worked.

No matter how you universe works, we are $.02 stock, An all time low.
