This thing isn't going anywhere until the dilution levels off. Adding 2 billion shares to a stock is not a good thing!
Sure, it gave them some leverage with buying other business and expansion, but until the people holding those stocks stop selling them and the authorized share number goes down this thing will not be climbing.
It's a waiting game at this point. Hoping they do good with their financials and business ventures.
