In the spirit of getting at least ONE of our projected completion dates correct, we can confidently say that we will be filing (whether unaudited or audited) our financials, including Fiscal Q1 2020 before EOD Friday November 15th 2019.

We do not have control over when the auditors/partners at the auditing firm decide to sign off on the audit. We DO however, have control over submitting our financials, completed by our internal accounting team, which will at least shortly thereafter bring us back to “current”.

A comprehensive press release will follow these filings.

One group of shareholders want the projected dates, and another group encourages us to remain silent until the audit is signed. It is impossible to please everyone. We ALL just want this to be completed, but the only thing in OUR control is providing the auditors with the info.

We are not trying to cast blame onto the auditors, or make excuses. Our only goal has been to let everyone know what is happening and that we are doing everything we can to wrap this up for the greater good of the company (and shareholders).

We as a company deem it necessary to AT LEAST fulfill the promises within our control, so regardless of audit status – we will be submitting all outstanding financial statements and bring the company’s reporting status to “current”.

Again, we believe that the audit WILL be signed off on this week – but as a contingency – we WILL submit all outstanding reporting by Friday regardless. If unaudited, we will update the filings with the audited statements once completed.

We thank everyone for their patience throughout this process. This has been a frustrating process for all involved. We are doing EVERYTHING is our power to get this completed so that we can move forward ensuring ALL future filings are submitted as required and on time.
