In the RxAir spinoff announcement on October 16th, Vystar Corp wrote:

Vystar desires to set record and ex-dividend dates shortly, complete the spin-off and commence trading of RxAir in the first part of 2020.

Stock holders should know by now that Soon and Shortly don't mean to Vystar what those words mean to everyone else.

It has only been a month since this latest pipe dream was announced.
Not surprised there has been no follow up.
Heck, there has been no follow up to the Vytex glove testing Tweeted about back in August.
Wouldn't want to rush into making money now would they! *rolleyes*

Buybacks, spinoff and tours are just part of the Dog & Pony Show designed to push share sales.

Let's just get through the financials first and see how the wheat separates from the chaff.
(Spoiler Alert: it won't be good)
