In summary, they were able to renew the lease. That’s very good news.
They were not able to do any of the work they had planned to do this year and it’s now planned for next spring.
They are still looking for financing.
Still has really good potential, but nothing to get excited about til next spring, til they can start on the preliminary work again, if they can get financing.
Pretty much what I been saying all along.
