You really don't know how this played out?...

They were distributing kah tequila about their only successful product, the people that own kah tequila said why do we need a middleman to sell our tequila.. so they bought out drinks America. Just so they can sell their own tequila they put all the bad debt on drinks and kept the good debt on their company which is private..

Also if you ever see a YouTube video where a CEO recommends buying his stock sell it and run as far away from it as possible...
