Two persons formed CREDO VENTURES LLC doing business as TAP HOUSE SPORTS GRILL.
One partner loaned CREDO VENTURES LLC  $495,000
Years later MR. JAMES C VOWLER was added as a member of CREDO VENTURES LLC
His" lawyer" must have  informed him he was not a signature to the $495,000 note.
This note has been on UPZS books for many years.

Lets see if MR. JAMES C VOWLER has adjusted the BOOKS for the last four years re. THE RESTAURANT?
