Yea the settlement rule is so stupid, they need to get rid of that. Once again screwing the little guy trying to work his way up while the big money players gain a huge advantage...

Insane that still need to wait 3 to 5 days for settlement. Bitcoin contracts settle in seconds... credit cards in minutes... etc.
