BioAmber Inc fka BIOAQ

I am not going to refer to Dots and comas. What i will say is Bioamber. Changed its name just by removing a comma. As well go to open corporations where they have multie companies all will different corporate spellings... Does PWC ignore this or take this into account.....The court case is about BIOAQ.......THE COMPANY SOLD IS WAS SARNIA .....In the filings it says all three equals the company.......But the US company had no need to change their name..?? Bioamber has many plaquettes which have a maket value as to its qualitt in manufacturing and fda aprovals. So name is gone for Canada......10.cents life or dollars....
