Got a response to my inquiry (in Chinese) from someone who works for QMIS’s subsidiary in Malaysia regarding their NYSE plan. This is someone who coordinated a roadshow event for QMIS back in April in Malaysia.

My inquiry (translated):
How did the roadshow go in Malaysia? It’s been brought to my attention Chin has recently taken over an OTC shell company in US. Is QMIS Financial Group considering a RM instead of an IPO on NYSE?

Response (translated):
”Hello. You can rest assured with your regard(s). Our US law firm has already contacted us. For further details, you can follow our activities and or you can contact your leader. Thank you”


Here is my understanding after reading her response:

I’m not sure if she said I can rest assured with the roadshow or RM or IPO.

One thing for sure is they have been working closely with their US law firm with regards to the US listing of their company.

I’m not sure what she meant by “leader”. I guess She thought I’m some investor or employee of QMIS.
