The key words here are 'pilot program' and 'future'.
To say they are the first commercial drone service in the country is a bald faced lie by the marketing department.
No one has open clearance to operate in the US yet. Including UPS, which has run up against the one drone one active operator rules.

But like bitcoin, they want to get in the hype early. And just like accr, credibility need not apply.
