Much of TRTC's assets exist only "on paper" and actual progress never happened, but plenty of stock was sold based upon "forward looking statements".

TRTC never went past the "pump" stage and since the insiders were making bank, why change the insider enrichment formula that worked out so well for them.

Wash, rinse, repeat, a whole new storyline to sell stock to suckers is now upon us.
