Yes they did have Kirk at the helm. Now they have a general. I 100% expect more positive developments before November 22nd. They needed certain things accomplished in order to get a new senior lender. they needed a new senior lender in place in order to accomplish other certain things. many things are going to start to fall in place quickly but the most significant developments will likely come by the end of November in my opinion. Not to say future announcements from ExxonMobil Toyota California Connecticut and LIPA are not significant because they are. I doubt very highly ExxonMobil is going to do a buyout. I believe they already know the technology is going to be successful and is going to be huge. I just don't think they want to dish out $2 billion when they are going to need fuel cell energy anyway. Who's going to build and maintain projects. Fuel cell is not selling for less than $10 a share at this stage and in six months they wouldn't sell it for less than $5 billion. It took a while to get to this point but they are truly on the cusp of profitability. for a 15-year investor on the cusp is within the next 12 months. everyone will clearly see the path to profitability within the next 6 months. All they need to do is get a few of these projects under construction complete. That should happen by the end of q1 2020. At that point we should have expected completion dates of Derby and the first lipa project in yaphank. Those two projects will put the company well beyond profitable from generation alone without carbon capture or trigeneration. Trigen and carbon capture are each multiple billions for FCEL of at which point they will need a bigger plant 2-3 years from now. Market Cap on FCEL will far exceed $2 billion by end of 2020 and $4 billion by end of 2022. Revisit this in a year, say December 1 2020. October is when it all started!
