One reason why they may have filed that form 15 is because of the tax burden they were trying to avoid from previous years 15, 16, perhaps. I'm not saying it is as simple as them not having the money to file there may be some there, there. You are feeling that they have no intention of ever, never, filing again, maybe be true, my feeling as that they will. If money was the issue, it seems they may have began to resolve the money issues that they have had in the past, perhaps. Regardless, it's my understanding that with the form 15, they only need file last two years of audited ins to get current. That is what I and others are hoping their next move is.
