It should happen anytime..The OTC was waiting for documentation and it has been supplied to the otc....or so I thought....

Here's the email.....from October 28/2019 with my follow up from today inquiring why we're still trading on the pink sheets.


Hi Sokhie

It's been almost two weeks since I received your email and we're still on the pink sheets.
Just curious if Broadridge has supplied the documentation to the OTC.
Many investors will not touch pink sheet stocks.
I am sure interest will grow once this is moved to the OTCQB.

Subject: Listing on the OTCQB

Hi Howard,

Thank you for your email and interest in Else Nutrition. We applied for a listing on the OTCQB and not the PINK sheets. I communicated with the OTC Market Group this morning with regards to your concern. They have informed me that Else did not meet the float requirement when we applied for the listing which we were aware off and had informed OTC Markets that we will meet that required as we had a private placement which was going to become free trading. We have met this requirement as of Oct. 14, 2019. They had also required that we have at a minimum of 50 shareholders, which of coarse we do but required proof. We had instructed Broadridge to provide this list. OTC Market informed me this morning that they are still waiting for this report and once they have it they will move the listing to OTCQB. Please feel free to contact me anytime if you require further information or have any other concerns. As I am based in Vancouver I will be able to address any concerns hopefully in a timely manner.
