Everyone but you knows:

1) Ripple does not own the XRP escrow account that releases XRP monthly. It's called an escrow because it's in ESCROW.

2) Ripple has only sold a total of less than 5 billion XRP in the last 4 years. So to claim Ripple is dumping is a lie.

3) Any unutilized XRP released by the XRP escrow is returned to the escrow, so there is no excess XRP added to what's available.

You need to research so you can stop spouting fake news posts for bitcoin for penny payments. Your lack of education, esp. of XRP, is becoming blatantly obvious and, frankly, tiring.
