Mr.Einhorn made the $275 million deal & COMMON SHAREHOLDER WERE PAID WELL. I know cuz I was one of those shareholders.
Study past cases with NOL's - Mr. Icahn, Mr. Einhorn & KKR. NOL's this size doesn't get thrown away.. very reason WHY COMMONS HAVE SURVIVED. It debunks your statement.
