A few things...
I recall you saying some time ago - the "smart" money has moved on. Surely you would still not have your money invested in this "racket" given your hostile attitude towards it. This begs question - why are you here? Or are you simply here doing a unique version of community service?
RE: disbursement costs - where did you get your 50MM # from? It clearly states in detail of sale they have set aside 20MM for costs closing this deal. Am I wrong here? Can you show us where it states 50MM? Thx.
Also- you claimed, "And their will be no recourse."
For the children on the board still learning - please be aware, this is improper use of the word their. "their" is the possessive pronoun, as in "their car is red". The correct form should be "there"... Ahh, the wonders of public education!

When we rec'd last tidbit of info form company, in my mind I said this is dead $ until probably end of Q1 next year. I am guessing they are still invested but have decided not to expose themselves to useless chatter this board has now become thanks to yourself - and are not visiting until more details are released.
But we know - "hope" is not a strategy.
