OT: Ouch, I wondered about you, and Gip, too, in ILLINOIS, when I watched the news this morning about 6 am...'wholly katzenjammer kids' I said to myself, when I saw the map with hald the country in white....one of my god-daughters lives in Ponder, TX, and her two little boys are seeing snow for the first time! My girlfriend in MO who works at the Kansas City Airport, just sent me an email telling me how cruddy it is there......she has no electricity at her home....one of my friends in Austin called me last night and told me the 'cold front' was comin' in---a drop of 20+ degrees....It was beeeeuuuuuteeeeful this morning when I got up---but now I am getting ready to put on my snow tires *boots made by BF Goodrich), and shovel....I don't have as much as you---but the birds still need to be fed, and the squirrels, and I too have to be able to get out of the garage...wow...what a day!
