And this was all done while the Federal banking institutions and major investors cannot get involved.

Was there some sketchy financing? Probably. Was there toxic lending? Most likely. But what other choice was there?

Sure some have made money during this growing phase. But if this thing becomes a Monster I might get a small piece of the pie...
