What is the scam plan here? Drive the stock price to zero then sell millions of shares for thousands of dollars, split 5 ways, then flee the country? Nice way to end long and successful business career. For what profit? Or is the plan to let the lenders dump shares to recover defaulted loans, making 20% on about a million in debt, again split about 10 ways? I just do not see a plausible master scam plan here where anyone gets rich. The only way the stakeholders in this company make any money, is to drive the stock price to the $10 range. That seems like a more plausible and profitable plan to me. I'm betting this stock is going up.
