So the PR stating discussion with institutional investor is misinformation on chat boards?

The intention stated by the company to uplist (one of the reasons for r/s supposedly) is misinformation on chat boards?

The TWO PRs stating timelines (along with emails from the CEOs and from their previous IR firm) for financials is misinformation on chat boards?
