I'd love to hear your thoughts on valuation.
Do you NOT believe the bulk of Bioamber assets were sold to Visolis/LCY in a transaction that closed OCT20, 2018??? Because it did, and the debt consumed the proceeds... so they sold the farm at near cost, i.e.: not much profit.

The remaining company has a much lower valuation than when they filed for bankruptcy in May 2018 and the FMV provided by PWC was ~$1.64 at the time.
You can't sell mortgaged property and have the same valuation afterwards.
Anyone else disagree?
