Well see that is the kind of news that, if they made a PR out of it, would move the stock.

1)It is a big surprise
2)Though it isn't the NASDAQ it is owned by NASD and will provide ATWT with incredible transparency and investor support.
3)The psychology of moving to the OTCbb always provides an increase in interest and price movement.
