I have my tentacles in the proper places so I know for a "fact" that their will be a 10Q early next week and Why would'nt there be? It's the law!
So with that lead, The other insight is that you will have to wait until after the test facility is complete to see any meaningful results.
Yes, they have been in talks with important players (investors). Negotiations are ongoing (As I have stated before) and I expect they will mention those details after plant is fully up due to the sensitive nature of NDA's in place.. End of line.
