Where was the stock before 2017? It was .0001 and the company had been left for dead. I continued accumulating shares throughout the years with continued communication with the company. They always had plans to right the ship and they begin happening in 2016-2017. The pps has pulled back and continued to slide over the past year - you are correct with your post. What has not changed is the resolve of management to deliver for shareholders, employees and themselves for a good well done. They have not manipulated the share structure or rewarded themselves before the job is done. There have not been daily PRs pumping the stock price so management could dump shares for a profit or issue more shares to raise cash to pay themselves lofty salaries. EVERY promise that was made years ago have been kept thus far and no reason to think that will change. We now have a new CEO that has experience in generating returns for shareholders and maneuvering financial transactions to profit everyone involved. The company continues generating revenues that grow each quarter. Multiple revenue streams are still in the works. Efficiencies and synergies are still working through the system from acquisitions in the construction area. I bought more shares today and have done so each week the past couple months. The stock could triple tomorrow and would still be vastly undervalued. I made these same statements and arguements for $ALPP for the past year with everyone disbelieving what I was saying....I bought on 8/20/19 at .0072 and sold part of my position at .41 on 11/1/19. In less than two months a stock went from a pps similar to LIGA today to over .40 on very little news and no material change to operations. LIGA can do the same thing and I expect it to do so in the next 12 months. I think we will be able to sell shares bought today at .0038 for .035 in a matter of days after volume picks up.
