I agree.If there are cops they are spending their days eating donuts and not policing activities.It can be frustrating when stocks are manipulated like PRED.
In My opinion it just means a buying opportunity if you have cash left.

Complaining about it or blaming PRED management because of things possibly beyond their control clearly does not make sense.

I have been on the wrong and right side of stocks at IHUB.. I believe the tide will soon turn and all shareholders may be green by the end of the year.
