"Legally" permits are not required to receive money.

So no problem saying that. Sure. Permits are not required for anyone to give niocorp money. agreed.

A loan officer can give me a 1M dollars just because I have nice shoes and I promise to pay him back with no permits. I can go tell all my friends that read my business plan and invested $100 for my new shoe store that the bank can give me money without any permits. They cannot sue me for saying that.

Nio can say that with no legal repercussions. Thats why they keep saying that over, and over, and over. PERMITS ARE NOT REQUIRED FOR FINANCING. NOPE. NOT REQUIRED. ok.

BUT that does not imply that anyone is ready to give Niocorp any money. Mr. Esquire knows what he is saying. With nothing else to say except "we have a list of people that we need to pay a bunch of money to"... they say that they don't need permits to acquire said money. That also doesn't mean things are not in the works.

He must move his mouth for the meeting and the live call but at the same time the SEC says he cannot say a damn thing that might change our stance on the company.
