I know that the company is late with its filings, also lies to shareholder's. Has a huge list of broken promises.

And its pps is crashing and burning.

There most recent unaudited Q1 2006, says they lost over $9 million dollars.

Its gonna take a whole lot of dilution to make up for a $9 million + net loss
