I completely agree Shi is owned by Notis. However, i agree it’s definitely a fraud. The buying & selling is suspect and a good example of fraud. Also, It would be nice if they’d mention Notis on there website! Either way if your lookin to make any $$ on this Stock you are dreaming and next up is a nightmare. Once they do a reverse your going to loose even more $$. My guess is about 1/2 ur investment.
