GNCP,
FYI from Nell-Mari Allen's Face Book post as follows:

I am really getting very irritated about peoples snotty attitude, so here is something for you to note:
The CEO of a company is responsible for the overall strategy, vision, and financial well-being of a company. In a publicly traded company, the CEO often also acts as chairman of the board, as he/she is responsible for integrating the board’s decisions into the operations of the company. (Ron is still chairperson of GNCP)

The president is responsible for more of the hands-on implementation of corporate goals into the actual workforce. The president is also required to report back to the BOARD on company activities (and then the board reports to shareholders).

{Now if this was a S.A. public company, we (the whole board) would have to have 1 general meeting for all shareholders per year}

Nowhere in the role I am to play, it says I am forced to be the local PR for everyone.
Nor does it say anywhere in my job description that I must answer questions on a daily basis to everyone that screams from the rooftops.

Send me decent and proper questions. Either about my country or the outlay of the business then we will answer it, WHEN we find the time to do so.
The over 200 questions that came in was half about historical stuff, that we said from day 1 we can not and will not answer, for the very simple reason: IT WAS BEFORE OUR TIME.

And the half the was about cannabis, was questions like: " Who is your production manager?"
So: 1. There is an international law called Poppi act, that prohibits me from publicly giving any of my employees personal details to anyone on a public platform!
Now I do know that you guys have no regard for this law as some people not only posted my Id number on social media putting me at a HUGE internet security risk, but also posted my home address for the world to see, putting my families security at risk.

(So there that question flies right out the window!)

Another question:

Can you provide any legal info on Jengu’s ownership of these crops?

Who in there right mind will grow something as valuable as Cannabis and not be the legal owners of it????????
2. It is illegal to grow cannabis if you are not the owner of a Sahpra issued license!

While Mr Cox find these type of questions very amusing and use it as entertainment around the Braai, I however DONT.
We are working very hard to get this company, that only owns 40% of JenguPharma up and running, bearing in mind that this company was flat when we got to it.
I will not be intimidated, bullied or bad mouthed any longer by shareholders.

Please excuse if there is any grammar or spelling mistakes, as english is not my first language.
