Yea and maybe it was easier to do that and buy it up @0001 vs 0008. I was in a ticker before where all the negative Nancy's showed up and beat the price down then company announced a buyback and of course it ran from months of 0001 to 002 or so then back down after flippers killed it again. Manipulation is rampant in the OTC for sure. Being non current I don't think they have to announce buying right?
