Just called the NASD to see what the status of the 15c211 that was file by a market maker for EXBX OTCBB Quotations. It was filed many months ago according to my calls to the NASD months ago. Was told that it is still open and under review. So, with that said we continue wait.

EXOBOX registered its common stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission effective February 20, 2006 in a move to qualify the Company’s stock for the OTC Bulletin board (OTCBB).

Also, according to this link below, I think that Exobox is setting up things nicely for a move to a more regulated exchange when the time is right.
