The hearing on 12/4 is where the Court will decide to appoint Grass Roots Advisory (DiSanti) as custodian of $NVGT shell.
Judge will issue an Order appointing custodian of NVGT if satisfied with DiSanti's Application.

Typically, these motions are granted almost as a matter of fact with custodianship plays. Sometimes there's a hiccup, but with a potential custodian like DiSanti, who has done this before successfully multiple times...I like our odds.

Once custodianship is granted, then DiSanti will reinstate the company's charter with NVSOS, clean up the shell, and proceed to do a reverse merger.
DiSanti appears to have a business already lined up...he's moved pretty fast before, as in the case of UN_RG.
