MMBF .0145 -Maybe new Mj merger coming?? Kannalogic Inc looks like it just recently transferred control. According to this Shelly Williams who is registered agent to MMBF was removed as incorporator of Kannalogic inc and Euton Lyons put in as president.

This also confirming Kannalogic Inc has ADDRESS IS SAME AS MMBF. hmmmmm......
