Dave, LAHO, and Benito got shafted by the big shorts IMO!! What would you do if you got shafted by the shorts and the SEC??? You'll see, Dave and Benito won't take this lying down IMO!! In fact, I'd imagine they are MORE DETERMINED than EVER to get this job done to get back at the greedy shorts who got them suspended. LAHO should NOT have been suspended considering the SCOPE of the TRANSACTION they are involved in coupled with the fact that they had declared that Fruci and Co were getting the current!!??? I know what I would do if I were them!!
And people saying we wont hear anything till Jan, or Feb at the soonest? Saying anything is just guessing and should always be followed by IMO really unless someone has insider info which I doubt!? The Form 10 is just part of what's going on and Dave said "quickly" in the PR but quickly is a relative word, could mean November, could mean February. All depends on the filings which were ESTIMATED by the Co to be done back in September so one would think that they have to be close!!?
As far as the characters involved, I've done hundreds of hours of digging and researching and I can't find ANYTHING negative in either of the CEO's pasts or lives AT ALL!! Seriously, both Dave and Benito are World Class, GREAT guys it appears and people around them have nothing but great things to say about them! Both VERY successful with stellar reputations and long, long resumes filled with solid past career moves! Just amazing guys once you look into them! Why would they pull a scam and ruin perfectly spotless reputations when simply going forward with the plan you've laid out will by overwhelmingly successful without a doubt????? Everyone involved stands to make MILLIONS and MILLIONS of dollars when this resumes it's beautiful climb!!
We've all been conditioned by our past experiences with stocks that get suspended or halted because they've all been duds or pipe dream companies which speaking for myself, I knew they were all junk in the past like 99 percent of all pinks are! That's why I bought LAHO after swearing to myself I would buy penny stocks anymore. But when I saw that Global Stem Cells Group was being acquired and looked into Benito, it instantly became a NO BRAINER to me! The fact they had declared in the 6-12 PR that they were getting current within 90 days sealed the deal really!
It's going to happen folks!!!! Going to have some major decisions coming up soon as far as where to set your sell prices on the way up!!! Literally life changing stuff here, lol!!!! Going to be fun and well worth the wait. Like someone else said a few weeks ago, LAHO is about the only stock in the OTC that hasn't gone down since the suspension on 9-6, lol!!!
I challenge ANYBODY who thinks this won't trade to simply tell me WHY???? AND YOUR ANSWER HAS TO BE LOGICAL AND MAKE SENSE, Not just generic blanket statements about how no stocks ever do it, etc, etc..
Give me a REAL reason that Dave and Benito won't make millions of dollars and take GSCG to market???? I'll be waiting!!!!!

Do your DD, check out Benito and Dave on fbook, linkedin, etc, do some digging and you'll feel exactly the way I do IMO!!! I can't believe so many have doubts!?
With that said, I'm not naive and realize that ANYTHING is possible. But scam is not logical in this instance!
