Digging a little deeper in to this acquisition announced today seems like this merger can be huge. Let's start here, from today's PR:

Darcy Rai, CEO of Foundation Farms, Corp., has also celebrated this acquisition "as giving Foundation Farms, the ability to access the capital it needs to complete its acquisition and expansion of its Foundation Farms throughout the western states and provinces." Mr. Rai also noted that working with Yves, will be appealing, as Mr. Michel has much experience and knowledge to offer the Foundation Farms team.

A little about Darcy Rai:

This shows Foundation Farms Corp was incorporated in September, prior to that he was Vice President of a company called Urban Analytics. UA has over 50 employees, and shows revenues over $60 million a year. So Darcy left this successful Real Estate company as a VP to create his own startup. Interesting.

Here's where it gets even more interesting. From Darcy's link above takes you to:

https://ca.linkedin.com/company/pure-roots-urban-farms-bc?trk=public_profile_topcard_current_company

It states Foundation Farms has 11-50 employees, is privately held, and was founded in 2019. The website above shows that Pure Roots, or Foundation Farms as we will soon find out, is Pure Roots Urban Farms BC, Inc. Here is the PO with Darcy's signature of the recent purchase with GRSO which makes it even more legit:

What I find real interesting is what GRSO stated in their PR about the PO the other day:

I'm proud to say we have landed our first purchase order of $1,500,000 from Pure Roots Urban Farms BC Inc. Delivery is expected in the first quarter of 2020. A large private development company with $200 Million in assets, is a major shareholder of Pure Roots Urban Farms BC.

If you connect the dots Pure Roots Urban Farms BC Inc is soon to be Foundation Farms and Foundation Farms has a private development company with $200 million in assets as a major shareholder of it, imo that would be Urban Analytics.

Looks to me like GMEV shareholders will own 60% of this new company, and possibly Urban Analytics, or some other large private development company, with $200 million in assets, the other 40%.

Has all the makings to become pretty big here. 75-100 million OS here at $0.01 barely values it at $750,000-$1 million. Nice upside possible as this plays out.
