No I don't believe that he has really fucked it up. In my opinion, he has done the best that he could to deliver this in 2 years but that is a tall order for any company, big or small. This is a very complex project. The only reason that there is value here is because they have done a decent job in 2 years. The hardware developer contractor must have been excellent and chosen well.
I can say that because I have done vast amount of development and can tell you that 2 years is extremely tight. In order to accelerate it they probably have overspent.
Also I have read a lot of posts on this board. Every couple of months, there has been new target practice from the old CEOs and CFOs to new ones and every person working there. They are evil and incompetent according to shareholders!
Mission impossible will have delivery issue.
Also, no company is made of super humans and neither are poster here.
